Workplace Safety and Health Culture Management (WSHCM) course includes an introduction to safety culture management, covering the importance and objectives of cultivating a culture of safety in the workplace. Participants will delve into risk assessment and hazard identification techniques, learning to prioritize hazards for mitigation. Leadership in safety promotion is emphasized, focusing on developing leadership skills and strategies for fostering a safety-conscious environment. Prerequisites:                  All trainees must be certified by a doctor to be in good health.

A. INTRODUCTION AND OBJECTIVES

Introduction
